NZ made 378 in their innings based on a brilliant double from the debutant Devon Conway. South Africa seems to have lost a real talent here and unlike ppl like Labuschagne and Colin Munro he grew up and lived in SA up to adulthood.
Eng 111/2 with no play at all on day 3 b/c of rain.
Based on his performance in the Best vs Best match, I say Shai Hope. I'm not ready to pin him down to just an ODI specialist just yet.shake d livin wake d dead wrote:Windies trying to fill Campbell's shoes....who would you pick??

Well WI do not have the quality of bowlers, batsmen, all rounders, fielders, administrators, pitch curators, groundsmen that SA has. So Captain thought it might be safer to bat first. LOL.

So WI made a 97. It seems that the hit Bonner took on his head shook up the batsmen because Ngidi came on and sliced through the bottom half. The psychology of cricket. We used to do that to other teams in the 1970's and 1980's.

Can't believe they selected Seales at age 19 based on 2 first class games. I hope he does well but there are so many other bowlers who have more experience. What's the purpose of having a first class season then?

In scenes rarely seen at a top-level cricket match, Shakib Al Hasan's temper flared up on two different occasions in one Dhaka Premier League (DPL) match on Friday: he first kicked the stumps, and later uprooted a whole set of them and flung them to the ground. Shakib, the captain of Mohammedan Sporting Club, in the game against Abahani Limited, was furious at the umpire's decision to turn down his lbw appeal against Mushfiqur Rahim, and was then angered by the umpires calling for the covers with one ball remaining in the sixth over as the rain came down.

Despicable behaviour from one on Bangladesh's most senior playersIn scenes rarely seen at a top-level cricket match, Shakib Al Hasan's temper flared up on two different occasions in one Dhaka Premier League (DPL) match on Friday: he first kicked the stumps, and later uprooted a whole set of them and flung them to the ground.
