WI players only good at beating up on each other in domestic competitions but once the playing international teams they fold like laundry.

First 50 since 2018

They pick oshane thomas over jayden seales... steups... If Gayle and fletcher open the batting expect a usual score of around 10/2 after 2 overs.

Odean Smith should've been in there instead of Thomas and Rutherford should've been in there instead of Darren Bravo. Apparently those 2 players failed their fitness tests. :/

Exactly. Still don’t know why Darren Bravo does be selected for anything.

We are supposed to tour Pakistan this year.

But really: How come West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabawe, Bangladesh and South Africa have all visited Pakistan in recent years with no security problems but when New Zealand lands - trouble shows its head?

From Cricinfo:

New Zealand call off Pakistan tour minutes before first ODI citing security concerns

New Zealand had soldiers in Afghanistan in the aftermath of 9/11.
None on the countries you listed above who toured did.

NZ only disengaged fully from Afghanistan earlier this year so its not even like they have been gone that long.
The final six personnel, three deployed at the Afghanistan National Army Officer Academy and three deployed at the NATO Resolute Support Mission Headquarters, will head home.

“After 20 years of a NZDF presence in Afghanistan, it is now time to conclude our deployment,” Jacinda Ardern said in a joint statement with Foreign Affairs Minister Nanaia Mahuta and Defence Minister Peeni Henare.

Qualification for IPL playoff places real hot.
Could Pollard miss out on a playoff place this year?

KKR and MI on 12 points with one game to go and 4th spot up for grabs.
The last games for them are RR VS KKR and MI vs SHR
KKR wins they through no matter the outcome in the MI game. MI needs to win and hope KKR loses.

Top 3 qualified and its just a matter of placing between RCB, CSK and DC.

Still time for Holder to get in the proper squad!!!

On another note didn't know players across there as net bowlers. CSK has replaced Curran with Dominic Drakes who is a net bowler for them in the Emirates.

True......but gayle needs to call it quits, he's done. He is only hurting the team by taking up a spot in the xi

I was intrigued by this net bowler thing. Read up and saw Rampaul, Cotterell and Fidel Edwards also all signed as net bowlers.

Apparently last year's IPL in the UAE KKR took 10 net bowlers.

"I am speaking about Curtly Ambrose. I am singling out Curtly Ambrose, one of your own. I highly respected him when I came into the West Indies team," Gayle told The Island Tea Morning Show, a radio station in St Kitts, on Tuesday.

"When I just joined the team, I looked up to this man. But I am now speaking from my heart. I don't know what, since he retired, what he had against Chris Gayle. Those negative things he has been saying within the press, I don't know if he is looking for attention, but he is getting the attention. So I am just giving back the attention which he requires and which he needs.

"I can tell you personally, and you can let him know that Chris Gayle, the Universe Boss, have no respect for Curtly Ambrose whatsoever."

  At this point this is all a pappy show!!!
