A 71 one year old record broken! Jayden Seales takes the reigns from Alfred Valentine as the youngest to take a 5️⃣ wicket haul in a Test.

Seales is a good find. Hope he have longevity. Roach and Holder seems to be the only FBs who maintain fitness without major injuries very frequently.

Bonner and Mayers looked really good against Bangladesh and were OK against Sri Lanka. However they can't seem to buy a run against the better bowlers from South Africa or Pakistan. At least Mayers contributes by taking wickets.

Powell is another one. 3 times in one over he missed the ball coming into his pad. Best he did stick to baseball.

WI looking good to win in spite of them though.

11 more and 1 wicket.

10 more

9 more.

8 more

7 more

6 more

Edged 4

2 more

Ian Bishop says you have to pay the bowlers more because they have to bowl out the side then come and make runs the batsmen are supposed to make.

Pressure.

Pretty bold captaincy by Kohli, declared at 298-8 and set England a target of 272 in 60 overs.
England 52-3 but more importantly Root still there.

Mohamed Shami and Bumrah oui!!!! Unbroken 89 run 9th wicket partnership

De Silva after what was a promising start to Test match cricket has fallen away a lot.
How much more chances does he get before Dowrich is bought back?

Match should be done today once Pakistan brave enough to declare early with a decent sized lead. If not then match definitely will be done tomorrow by lunch time. Drawn series though.

Pooran and hetmyer should be on that side. They can't possibly do worse than this set.

Pooran doesn't really care for red ball cricket.
Wasn't he the one who hadn't played first class cricket for 6 years or something until he played in the WI A matches against NZ A late last year ?

Not till late yesterday evening I saw the 3rd England India Test was on.
India bowled out for 78 and England now 301/3.

India's recent wins in Australia, at home to England and now in England has masked a major problem around their top order batting which has not been clicking. They have been pulled out by lower order runs and the bowling line up but Kohli, Pujara and Rahane have been having a tough time. Kohli has gone 55 international innings without a century as of yesterday.
Pujara last struck a test hundred in Jan 2019 and is averaging 28 in that time.
