I wonder if you can break the contract? If I was visiting Trinidad for a few days, buy one on the plan and give them back the phone when I am done. 150 to rent the phone for a month = good bargain IMO.

You basically taking out a loan with republic bank to buy the phone and from the very little I read, something about having a standing order.

So I guess you have to show job letter/income when buying the phone.

That's how I was gonna buy one anyway. 18% interest is just slightly better than my credit card interest :?

And I woulda just paid it off in full before in incurred interest anyway.

Nice phones, but not for people who only want to make calls. I'd rather buy cash.
