St. Lucia taxi

Postby aspsounds » June 8th, 2012, 1:36 pm

Tuners,
Planning a trip in a while. Anyone knows a good company offering airport transfers on the island?
The ones I am seeing telling me 70USD one way.

If you mean Kingston to Montego Bay, then are you aware $US150 is reasonable for a 5hr drive?

the internal flights were very ridiculously priced

though i was told there was a bus tour that passes through the towns along the way for pretty cheap but i wasnt feeling adventurous enough to try it

there is a taxi driver in St Lucia who works the airport route.
I can personally vouch for his honesty (he even tried to return a 20US tip I left for him for finding somethin I lost)
Next time I'm in Lucia I'll be giving him a call.

That's what I did, ended up in an Escalade 8-) and cost about 50 $ USD, mind you this was about 7 years ago eh.
