bago pretty small........just get a TIDCO map and drive
all the windward beaches are nice, argyle falls is easily accessible, the road through the forest reserve is also pretty nice........if you get to charlotteville, take the brief hike to Pirates Bay

argyle waterfalls
little tobago and angel reef (taking a glass bottom boat from speyside)
englishman's bay
flagstaff hill
mt dillon

you can do all in 1 day making a trip around tobago from scarborough to charlotville and then down the other side..there's a watermill site somewhere on teh windward side between speyside and charlotville i think

then u have fort george, and the botanical gardens in the scarborough area

Restaurant's worth visiting
Salsa Kitchen Tapas
La Tartaruga
The Fish Pot
The Seahorse Inn
Kariwak Village (make reservations)
King's Bay Cafe
Cocoa House Restaurant
Cafe Havana

Pubs/Bars/Clubs
Anglers'
Bar Code
The Shade

Activities

Snorkeling/Sailing (I recommend Island Girl for sailing and Zoe's Snorkeling for snorkeling). FYI, Island Girl is a sailing and snorkeling in one. We went snorkeling in Cotton Bay and Englishman Cove. Lunch and drinks are served onboard.

http://www.sailtobago.com/

http://www.zoe-tobago.com/

Island Tour (I toured the nooks and crannies of Tobago with Kennedy Island Tours...we went from Crown Point to Arnos Vale, Charlotteville, Speyside and back. We also went swimming in Castara Bay, Englishman's Bay and Argyle's Falls. The tour includes transportation, drinks and lunch at Jemma's Treehouse in Speyside. It was an 8 hour tour and showed there is much more to Tobago than Crown Point/Store Bay/Pigeon Point).

http://www.tobagoislandtours.com/

As for accommodations, there are SO many options. I do highly recommend staying in Castara if you prefer the more quiet, local lifestyle and Crown Point environs if you wish to be in the middle of everything.

Have a blast. I love Tobago!

Palatuvier and Bloody bay FTW.
if you into snorkelling / scuba, speyside. the trip to little tobago is nice. lot of life there too.
Bucoo isn't what it used to be.

how does it work when you visit there? they drop you off on the island and pick you up later? or they stay with you for a limited time? I want to go there :(

its according to who you make arrangements with. but seriously tobago is a nice place not the traditional store bay and pirgeon point but there are other locations that are very nice. Pirates bay, englishman's bay, charlotteville just to name a few.
