I tried calling them and they said they can't do it, the end. I tried the bmobile webchat support.
klkipps: "this is not something that you signed up for. It is a means of Bmobile updating our customers on feature changes and updates . It is system generated and sent out as a general notification."
klkipps: "No there is no choice."
klkipps: "We do not only inform our customers on promotions but also on updates."

It's wasting time to receive a text for a promotion that I know I don't ever care for or ever will participate in. When I receive a text I expect it to be someone with a message or a credit balance, not your time-wasting promo spam material that I delete instantly."
klkipps: "If it was possible and we were to remove you , you willnot receive any of our system changes or changes in our company's policies."
