Premier meats (could be wrong about the name) in Balmain sells a lot of minced eats and has decent prices as well. We use to buy minced chicken there to make burger home but then JTA in couva started getting the minced chicken so we stopped going to the place in Balmain.

What type of seasoning do you guys use for your meats?
I always prefer fresh, so I use chive, big and small leaf thyme, shaddon benni, celery.
Plus I add Chief Meat Tenderizer, salt and black pepper.

I hardly use bandania (shadon beni) because it has the tendency to raise my wife's blood pressure to an alarming level.....usually season with fine thyme, poudinah, basil, parsely, garlic, salt, worcestershire sauce and bitters....

I Go Heat Up This Thread From Tomorrow With Everyday Cooking... In The Mean Time Hold Some Old Pics...

Image

Step 1: Bounce Him In De Road...

Image

Step 2: Roast Out All The Fur...

Image

Step 3: Make Sure Before Gutsing And Cutting Up, Take Out All The 'Miss'... Else It Will Ruin The Entire Meal....

Image

Step 4: Curry Manicou!...

Seasoning Was Basic... Salt/A Hint Of Cari Herb Duck & Goat/Shadow Benny/Chive/'Poodina'/One 7-Pot Pepper (Half Chopped Half In Pot) Cari Herb Madras Curry Sizzled In Oil With Grated Garlic And Chopped Onions And A Few Grains Of Whole Geera...

For Extra Flavoring You Could Add A Pack Of Coconut Milk Powder Coming Down To The Last Few Minutes Of Cooking... (Empty Packet In A Small Bowl Of Water And Stir Till Desolved Then Add To Pot)...

Fella Weighed About 4.5 Pounds So Cooking Time Was About 30-40mins On Medium Heat...

Somehow I don't think any shop taking back a meat grinder after it has been used.

Meat lovers pizza from Friday.
My oven cooks pizzas in under 2mins :)
