1. Apply for registration as a dealer

ok well here are the requirement..

2. Must have a registered buisness. (Ministry of Legal Affairs)
3. An office area equipped with a designated receptionist area, telephone no. ,fax, internet etc.
4.Certficate of incorporation _accompanied by notice of Directors,Notice of Secretary, Notice of Registered Address etc.
5.V.A.T registration number.
6. Advice of Assignment of a BIR number.
7. National Insurance certificate.
8.Showroom
9.Must own property where business is located or bring copy of lease to show that it is leased/rented to you.
10. Show that you are able to handle complaints (your comp must have an in house or contracted garage which would handle queries such as electrical, mechanical, and auto body works.

they are not in an order ,,but just have all the paper work and then study bout the physical aspects (building etc.)

AFTER YOU HAVE THESE THINGS AND YOU APPLY.....NOTE YOU ARE STILL SUBJECTED TO AN INVESTIGATION FROM A TRADE OFFICER TO SEE IF YOU COMPLY TO ALL REGULATIONS...

THIS IS THE CORRECT WAY...THEY MAY BE OTHERS BUT............

cheers

are there companies in japan that offer that service or local ones who would be willing to bring at an agreed price if i can source an old used vehicle myself?

I could be wrong. Whenever I bring in stuff, I use 35% as a rule of thumb
