What's the difference between the iPhone 4G and the iPhone 4S? Does the iPhone 4G come with iMessage already or do you have to wait to upgrade?

There is no iPhone 4G. There is the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S. Both phones are capable of 4G data speeds even though they display a 3G icon when transferring data at 4G speeds.

iMessage is part of the operating system. The latest operating system works on the iPhone 4.
