try to call or email them and see whats the reason for cancelling the order....could be ur bank thinking its a fraudulent purchase

The email said that they could not validate the information provided for my my billing address ,an i contacted the bank and they asked for my skybox address to be added to my credit card account also so it will be the same

Secondary address is there for a reason, use it.

Banks do not control credit cards, mastercard and visa are operated by the firstworld brahs. Don't expect thirdworld mentality to work.

Banks merely sell you a credit card on commission.
