Updated version of the taxation on imported vehicle???

Those anyone have an updated version of the taxation on imported vehicle Diesel/Petrol/Hybrid apart from...that is since 2008

Motor Vehicle Taxes
• With immediate effect (September 23, 2008), the Motor Vehicle Taxes payable on the
importation of Private Motor Vehicles are as follows –
Engine Size Motor Vehicle Tax per CC Rating
Under 1599 cc $5 per cc
1600 – 1799 cc $8 per cc
1800 – 1999 cc $15 per cc
2000 – 2499 cc $25 per cc
2500 – 2999 cc $30 per cc
3000 – 3499 cc $35 per cc
3500 cc and above $50 per cc

Removal of VAT and Custom Duties on the Conversion Kit for modifying from Gas to CNG. With immediate effect VAT and Custom Duties have been removed on the CNG conversion kits.

These is for private Gas vehicle what about commercial Diesel vehicles with 2500cc or 3000 cc engines? anyone have any idea?

a broker told me it was 1.875 % per CC, could anyone confirm??

Think I heard used vehicles is 75% of the new. So that'd be right. I dunno.

2.50 per cc, less 25%, plus VAT... This is for imported USED COMMERCIAL vehicles. This rate is across the board for all engine sizes.

Keep in mind for used imported diesel vehicles you need to have a registered company. In order to
import it

Is that MVT? what about customs duty?

MVT = ?
CUSTOMS = ?
VAT = 15 % OF ABOVE?

Duty on commercial vehicles is 10%

Could someone confirm the MVT,CD on commercial vehicles whether gas or diesel as at Jan 2019 please.
