if you're interested in boxing and MMA you can check the National Boxing Center Hasley Crawford Stadium this Saturday from 8:30 to 11:00AM, it's $60 a session or $300.00 per month for 6 sessions. Ask for Shalini

Capoeira is flawed. It's fixed upon putting alot of stress on the joints. To develop killing power, you must gyrate your body in movements to multiply and transfer that power for impact. In a street fight for self defense, a no no.

You have time to do fancy swings with kicks against a group of men or a gunman?
