I know iPhills in Arima sells some good soup.
Just looking to see what others offer. I heard a conversation on the radio about some boss soup places in Trinidad but I didn't remember where they said the places were. Somewhere in St. James?
Corn, Cow heel etc
So where can you get a real bess soup..preferably in the east west corridor?

there is actually a shop place call 'boss ah soup' aka sewpboss. one branch located on tragarete road next to where colville street does buss out. another branch located in rima on prince street (you see the road that does bussout opp quesnel street that is a one way now? if u trace that road you will get to a corner wid a bar on ur right hand side. soup boss next to there). the soup there does taste bess. i does call down the beef sewp, nah boy (that's the size). rell jostiss. the broff not really consistent so i doh buy meh broff dey. best part is that they open sunday-sunday, 7-7

if u looking for a bess broff right outside grand bazaar there is a booth wid a mean fish broff (marcus). rell bess. he located on a corner. be awares. it have plenty other imposters selling sewp dey too.he has other types of sewp but i never tried it cus that broff is all i want. to tell u things does get bad when dey say dey sellout and meem get a broff, i does go back in meh vehicle and rell beatup like a fish and cuss and punchup meh seat. swear.

if u in central, seecho's hands down. another bess daytime broff. thats chaguanas side dey.

a bess beef sewp at night right on curepe junction on the emr. judy doh really give jostiss in she sewp so u does hadda give she compliments (everytime i buy there i ask her if she wha geh marrid cus she bess just like she sewp) and she does give u extra beef and ting.

If this place is close to Soong's,I had the cowheel on a couple of occasions and was never unhappy.
On Saturdays the cowheel is quckly sold out.I actually have to use my south connections to secure my requirements (regulars get special treatment).

Fish broff - panchos in pos, corn soup - nellys from cantaro village, now sells outside grand bazaar , shark broff by Marcus next to nellys , chicken soup, creole kitchen in maraval, u have to ask for extra provision and no dumplings...panchos pigtail is good also
