It seems to be on the cards there were reps asking some homeowners about relocating a while back, haven't heard anything since that was about late 2012 early 2013.

There was a mikeman passing around asking villagers to attend the meeting and that was the first I'd heard of it.

To be quite honest I don't see how.. how at all.. they gonna pull that off without relocating everyone West of Mode Alive and Teachers College. And everyone East of the Southern Main Road for about a mile inside.

Would love to see the plans.

there was a meeting at cipriani labour college that I attended. They showed the proposed infrastructure including a helix or double helix styled roundabout/flyover. That would have involved the relocation of Kay Donna and the Gas station and part of KFC car park. Cant rem intended start date though.

They're awaiting for the renovations at Kay Donna drive in to be completed.

Access road onto highway FROM cipriani labour college. The traffic to exit the school especially at night onto merging traffic at the current exit is painful. Besides being a shortcut out, this new exit will ease merging from the school to the highway easier.

In the immediate time though what prevents them from making South Valsayn and Valpark traffic going to the Interchange at GB if they wanna head east? Once you out of South Valsayn the frontage road is like 400m ahead and is smooth sailing from there.

They can leave the traffic light for the right turn.

Both lights for north and south valsayn are to be removed and you wont be able to cross over anymore if you want to head west from north valsayn you now have to head to kaydonna junction same goes if you want to get to south valsayn coming from the west and that junction also has to take the original traffic as well

That will cause the need to change the programming of the lights, allowing more time for East bound right turners, like how they have it by Tumpuna rd. . This will fux0r the West bound CR ppl and cause more traffic on mornings.

Tenders are currently being evaluated. The schematic designs were completed...the proposed overpass will requiremost of kay donna, the gas station and the entire eastern car park of kfc. The contract should be awarded in the next few months. Estimated duration is 18 months, however it seems that land aquisition not completed... The interchange will eliminate Valsayn north, Valpark and Curepe traffic lights.
