Saw a dog a little while ago on Tunapuna Rd, Tunapuna. Looks like his hind legs are damaged and he is lying in a drain. Any contact 4 an animal service or vet that may be able to help would be appreciated.

Op, can try AWN on Facebook too, they have a network of vets for things like that. They call back if they miss the call or leave a voicemail of you didn't get through.
