Have you tried Total Convenience Management? I use them for my personal cars and have no issues with the service and price.

TTAA, 150 and you are good for a year. TCM is good, but they very silly about what you consider an emergency. Lost my car keys in north and asked them for assistance. Easiest solution would have been to get the keys from someone who was home and bring it to me. They kick a fuss for that. So I asked them to tow the car home and give us a lift as well as my car was effectively immobilized. They want to argue that it was not mechanical failure. They ended up dispatching a driver to get my key as a "Favor".

Another time I got a flat with one of their leased vehicles. I asked them to come and fix it. (not my car, late at night working shift, decided I would take the path of least resistance.) They made some fuss until an expat requested it and said I was calling on their behalf.

One time I had a breakdown and had to be towed to the mechanic and they sent a wrecker but no additional vehicle to get my passengers home, and had to call them back for that.

Compared to the $150.00 I paid to TTAA (Plus $20.00 per call out) VS $600.00 plus I paid to TCM and always got prompt wrecker assistance, no questions asked, vs a premium service which only wants to do what TAA does and niggles on the additional services.

Thanks, your experiences with them put them @ the back of the class.
Thanks again.

Note, TTAA is basically a glorified wrecking service... not really roadside assistance, but for 150 a year and 20 dollars for a call out, that aint too bad. The Germans know the real flick about roadside assistance tho.

Just insure with Guardian and you get free motor assist. I believe other insurance companies offer this as well.

I think you're only allowed 5 free uses for the year.

If you require their services 6 times in 12 months, you have bigger problems...

True dat. I used my GG motor assist for the first time in 23 years last month. All because I didn't have the correct tool on me at the time.
