the smiles and appreciation of the students is enough payment.

plus if you're a male teacher,the benefits are endless for the female students willing to gain intercourse marks

every year you work, you go up a point ( a letter on the scale...so when you now start you start at the minimum and every year after u move, a, b, c etc) till you reach the max you can

my advice to u is if you have other options look into that
over the last 4yrs teaching has now become super stressful and isnt worth it in the end

the smart ones offer one-on-one tutoring to rich ppl kids and make a hefty tax-free allowance

never heard of a retired teacher missing the job..but them lessons now is rell money, and plenty ppl sendin they chirrun for 4 and 5 different lessons which the chirrun wuddn't need if they parents made sure they learnt their work

A lot of complaining about being overwhelmed and a lot of rum to suppress the stress.. kinda goes hand in hand with the demographic profile too I guess
