That crossing by Dinsley as with many of the crossings of the PBR is red light breaking heaven and by both PBR and the any north south road users.
I live on a road that crosses the PBR and I look so much times before pulling of on green.

yes the cost is cheaper third party but in these cases where no one might be at fault you might be out a million ez ez. If it was full comprehensive you woulda still get back something.
