Business owner buy vehicles and list as a company asset, they also get a tax break. And most if not all companies would have an umbrella policy covering all company assets. The third party policy is just to drive with.

what he doing in POS at that time when he have to reach quite gasparillo?
obviously he was in ah hurry to reach home. real speeding after 8pm every night
but also why they crossing the highway at night during this new 'rush hour'
