thats why you need to assess, if the removal requires big cranes and blocking the whole highway they need to make a decision

and more importantly if they dont allow persons to stop and park and watch the wreckage the slowdown will be a lot less, just put a cop car before the wreck and run anybody who wants to park up to see what happen
persons will naturally slow but when there is a crowd of persons actually standing on the side of the road is when it becomes a problem and grinds to a halt.

I see they from the same area in barrackpore and seem to have the same graphic artist

Avoid the Chase Village flyover /triangle on the main road area. Insane traffic and madness as everybody doing their own thing. Many license officers making life miserable. They stopped me. "Pull up hand brake. Put it in park. Turn steering left. Sound horn. Ok go."


Avoid the area if u can.
