Failure to pay will affect future visa renewals.

If he does not pay, he will eventually get a notice via the TT US embassy to pay the ticket. They will track him down!

Pay the ticket and save yourself stress later on.

It will be on his record.

I recently did a rental there and in the agreement it said that any tickets will be charged to my card and there is also an administrative fee as well. That was with ACE car rental in FLL.

I got caught in Texas last month doing 65 mph in a 30 mph (it was in the desert, no people around) police explained that the reason for the limit there was because of the amount of roll overs that occure...he let me off as he was trailing me from behind for a while and didn't think I was a risk...yay

I did almost toots myself as he did come up with his gun drawn asking if I had any weapons or illegal immigrants in the car :(

Long time you could've put on your worst trini dialect and get off the charge being a tourist but nowadays I think they wise up, no more warning for trinis

It's not a different scenario, Trini popo when doing road blocks or giving tickets. Should also be checking up on the occupants in the vehicle. It's not only about illegals but wanted criminals.
