Go in POS Registration house on South Quay, fill in the relevant form with all the information you have. Wait for your number to call, go to the clerk, submit your request. Collect your invoice and go pay. Get another number and wait to collect certs.
Assuming there are no issues with your original certificate like I had you are talking about a 2 hr process. If you do have issues, expect a 2 week wait.
