Where refills medical oxygen (portable tanks)?

Good day,
Is there anyone that knows of a service that provides home medical oxygen refills (large tank)?
I tried Massy Gas but they only service houses on main roads as they state, the truck that transports the replacement tanks are large and need ample space to turn etc.
Tried Trius Medical as well, but they don't provide that service.
Any assistance is appreciated!

Check oropouche south opposite the community center, I buy oxygen there for welding but it's the same medical grade because they supply hospitals

Don't have the company number to share and can't share the guys personal number.

You get it on the spot. I always buy my oxygen there.
