WTK: demolition of pavement

need some advice, have a piece of land that i am now going to utilize. a small driveway was constructed , but too small for my trucks to enter my yard. who do i go to to find out about demolishing current pavement? i of course will rebuild as a larger driveway with access (manhole) to drainage

careful as pavements are usually the remit of local city corp urp social welfare programs
ie you will be stepping on other people toes if you choose to do this work
and city corps can make your life difficult

Nobody knows who deals with what when it comes to those things.

Have some neighbors occupying the road reserve and nobody deals with it. Thinking about occupying the road reserve on my side too.

Which area is the land located? Does the normal maintenance of the road fall under the purview of the respective regional corporation in your area or is it a main road [Highways Division]..

its a main connector road for main road to highway (mausica road d'abadie)
visited my regional corp and they say they dont deal with that. took my # and said they would call me with info. pure doesnt deal with that
i'm lost as to where to turn

Find out who gives out box drain contracts etc in that area,
Be careful though you may be dealing with thugs
