Some vary fees depending on acreage and accessibility. I always thought it was standard but it isn't. For reference, a 1.24 acreage cost about 10k in 2014. And a 740sqm house plot was 4k in 2016.The_Honourable wrote:Quick question, do surveyors usually charge more during rainy season?
