What utter bull5hit coming from you again.

Trinidad would still have a working oil refinery production to supply local demands thus insulating from world oil prices.

Man u full of shitt, so take another Tun Tun award for today

So the refinery that used imported oil and current market prices would have produced fuel and sold at a loss would have been good governance to you? Or maybe they would have refined local production, into fuel ran the refinery way below capacity and sold it at the pre-increased price, that would have been excellent business Zoom style?

Yeah I go take my award oui Worl Boss

How much times ANY non LFD RFD PNM GORTT raise gas prices again?
If any, did they essentially call you a kant while doing it, by saying "dey ent riot yet?"
LFD RFD PNM sycophants too dotish to see that Guyana was finding BILLIONS of barrels of oil that we could have refined for them in a simple business arrangement as Guyana has no funds to construct a refinery, but no, JUHN Scarfy and he kant crew, and their retarded supporters say "all all all"

The folks that show concerns are viewed as failures and anti red government.

Then you have the red government media houses that downplay the citizens that show concerns.

On top of that you have the police that are used as the red government private security company to intimidate those that seek a better future

I feel they should not only remove the subsidy completely, but continue increasing it after that.

Since trinis won't riot over something like that, they will put their tail between their leg and walk (literally)
The population would benefit in so many ways.

Use the money to build bike and walk paths all over the country.
Less vehicles on road.
Less of those big stink bedford truck toting 10X the maximum load, whose oil wasn't changed since manning alive, stinking out the air.
People health will improve (more exercise and cleaner air)
Less burden on the health sector from trinis, so higher priority can be given to the venezuelans who are in urgent need.
Etc.

There would be so much variables
Size of engine
Route driven
Driver styles
Maintenance

Does this make sense except in your own circumstance?

Keep the basic maintenance items in check and good driving technique and it won't be that bad.
Anyone who owned a carburetor vehicle would know everytime you mashed the accelerator pedal gas sprayed. Same happens with fuel injection it's just that you can't see it as when you looked down a carburetor.
Oil prices dropping and our gas price going down would never happen together so don't take that to the bank.

This maths not mathsin... lol... so I'm gonna assume is $150 super, divided by $4.97 which is 30.18 litres.
So with the new price, will be 30.18 x $5.97... that means it really supposed to cost $180.17.... so why that extra $35 happened?

In response to death365

1000km per month
At 10km/l requires 100 liters

Which is now 100 dollars more per month; if you achieve this fuel consumption rate and you cover this amount of distance

Multiply by 12 for the year
