Tried all the online applications to no avail. Purchased the house with the system and the previous owner does not remember the password.
Contacted HIK VISION and they said my product was not purchased in the USA so they can't help.

TCL Roku TV was connected for a few minutes and it can show the camera system with no hard wiring.
Any assistance would be helpful .

scan the hard drive. could be the hard drive going bad or has bad sectors. at times systems do a check disk to check the integrity of the disk and that can take a while depending on size. pop out the drives and slave it on a desktop and run check disk or any manufacturer diagnostic.
