Plenty money losing from not using the speed cameras and not implementing the red light camera system. Hopefully they install more red light cameras and bring the system on stream by 2022, too many people breaking red lights long after they changeeliteauto wrote:Last night they had a team checking the red light cams by the Waterfront complex (Hyatt) seems they were making adjustments and doing some training, quite a large group in hi-viz vests, maybe the rollout of those is coming soon

Is the "Current Demerit Points" what it is going to be now?
Did they remove things that were violations before and are non-punishable by demerit points now?
That looks like it is encouraging lawbreakers on the roads.
But with Faris as AG, that is par for the course.
Or people that just park in taxi stands to go about their business, atm, etc.redmanjp wrote:the last one they actually introducing about parking in a stand is for PH drivers?

Lawless government encouraging lawlessness.

Leaving demerit points on these kinds of offenses leads to this kind of situation.
-Rack up points on relatively harmless offenses
-Remember points only expire 2 years after not receiving any more
-Lots of people end up losing their licenses
-They continue driving
-Car accidents happen, people with 3rd party insurance are SOL other than going after the at fault party personally
People driving with suspended or revoked licenses creates big problems, it is already a huge problem in parts of the US. If people lose their license willy nilly over number plate bulbs, it is not a good thing.
