First glimpse of the Buccoo Reef, the second of the two Catamarans being built for the Tobago Seabridge.

This vessel is being constructed by Australian shipbuilders Incat, the company which builds the world's largest catamarans.

The Buccoo Reef is 100m long and each engine can fill-up an Olympic swimming pool in 1 second. (There are 4 engines on board.)

Work on the vessel is expected to be completed later this year.

A very good comeback for the seabridge after it was nearly destroyed by nepotism and corruption by the last KPB Govt with their truck, tractor, tasker trailer and bison cart mechanic friends ..

Enthusiasts from all over the world are actually considering coming here just to ride on the APT James..personally I look forward to utilizing the world class service myself with the family for mere peanuts..

Great is the seabridge !!

Hmmm dat does not seem right.

I thought those vessels needed specialist to run dem .

There must be some grounds for firing those staff. Did dey file legal suits with the courts?

Are there any edvendence of these people unjustified firing?

They refused to renew their contract in favor of tractor mechanic friends, although they were the only organization with the knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing such vessels here..foreign company with facilities here, couple aussies..

Buh dais normel ting here ..my support isnt really for red or yellow but what red or yellow does to improve a particular situation...none of them.are really exemplars..

Have cussed them both right here over the years..most times it boils down to.the lesser of two evils, personally fed up of both sides.. tired of them and the same old..

The new ones include long term maintainence contracts in the deals so they should be good...

Well if that's the case I dont see it as a firing.

Their contact camed to an end.

Does not appeared it was underhanded or bias played out.

Csnt rmemebr the superfast being delayed or out of service for any significant or frequent times previous to 2015. Then after 2015 all hell breaks loose.

This looks like the JDLV. Used that boat 4 times in the past year (with car) and would gladly use this one if the experience is the same.
