anybody has advice on those who have utilized bracers or any adjustment tool for one's teeth and the cost amd where it is available. please I need some information urgently thanks

You may want to try something like Invisalign instead of braces. Consult your dentist to find out what are the options for you. There are alternatives to braces now, and none of that pain and misery.
