They should fix the potholes in POS first, a city capital with that bad infrastructure is not a good look on the global stage.

When residents of Barrackpore protests, the PNM label them as unpatriotic and wants to take legal and civil action against them. The only reason being because it is a predominantly East Indian area.

Funny when beetham held the entire country at ransom and blocked the highway , no one dare called them unpatriotic

The PNM wouldn't call them unpatriotic or threaten legal or civil action because it's a predominantly African community.

Majority of the potholes now are WASAs fault, dug up to repair and their repair crew cant patch a fart , they either create a crater or a mountain n the road after which remains just that way.
Wasa needs to STOp THE OVERTIME and pay by the job, and not only that, only PAY a after a month has gone by and their repair is still good, and the road way is restored to how it was prior to them.

While WASA responsible for some they are not responsible for the majority. The road infrastructure has not been maintained by any government.

Don't get it.

Ent when other communities kicking up a fuss nobody say anything? Why when Barrackpore/Prince Town people protesting it is such a big deal?

i keep seeing videos on fb & yt how asphalt is 1 of d most recyclable materials , i wonder if we does do that here or we keep paying for new asphalt ...

Check the trucks as they exit the quarries. The MOW&T is supposed to have portable weighing scales. Just set up the scales on the Eastern Main Road in Valencia and on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway in the Arima area.

They should also set up scales close to those asphalt plants by Coosal's, Junior Sammy, Namalco, General Earth Movers, Lutchmeesingh Transport, Harry Persad, etc.
