Saw an American meteorologist say Larry is its own worst enemy. It's large size and slow speed is churning up cold water ahead of it not allowing for the expected intensification past its current Cat 3.

Still doing its best to contribute to the season's ACE

A thundercloud that produced heavy winds and rain over Chaguaramas showed iridescent colours in the sky at its top.

Nah bro, was just up there today with work. Some parts of the road are beginning to slip and there are parts that already completely collapsed. There is a contractor that trying to repair as they go along but like is a losing battle. It doesn't help that the 10 wheeler trucks going to Matelot loaded with boulders traverse that road. The recent high winds brought down some huge azz trees though but have since been trimmed to allow vehicular traffic to pass

With the lighting I’m seeing it’s just a matter of time until the electricity cuts… again.

(Or so I thought)

We need to keep a very close watch on this.

3. Another tropical wave is forecast to move off the west coast of
Africa on Monday. Gradual development of this system is possible
thereafter, and a tropical depression could form by the middle of
the week while it moves westward across the eastern tropical
Atlantic Ocean.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent.
