seems to be 0930hrs, a device resembling a molotov cocktail thrown onto the lawn by the min, of nat sec. area cordoned off, limited access, investigations ongoing.

A small explosion took place outside the hall of Justice moments ago, Police are investigating. Some civilian reports suggest the explosion was only due a T&TEC transformer that had blown. Investigations are undergoing.

but i pass there in ah taxi at around 9:15

so must have been a few mins later- it did appear to have a dip in the current that affected a Lasco fan but strangely not the lights
