Sadly Ttps is not industrial but more political and who know who...it have men who pass cpl and Sgt exam and working as a PC for over 20 years now.

Somehow I feel it's nutten. After all this scandal a cop will have to think twice before issuing a single ful lest they get accused of some corruption and since they're not legally required to give anyone an ful why risk it
