NOTICE
Unauthorised PDF copies of the EXPRESS newspaper are being shared on social media , particularly among certain WhatsApp community groups.
Please note that unauthorised duplication and distribution of the EXPRESS newspaper and all of its other publications in any form is illegal and in breach of the Copyright Act 1997 under which the maximum penalty for copyright infringement is $250,000 or ten years imprisonment.
The copyright holder - Trinidad Express Newspapers - has the exclusive right to grant copyright permission and no other entity.
The EXPRESS is acting against this unauthorised and illegal action and has formally filed a complaint with the police Cybercrime Unit.
