Bamboo #2 water in the roads. Like the river overflow the embankments in the back of Nabbie St. and coming up. All Valsayn South under real water Aruac Road is flowing river now.

Corporations should each have a sandbagging machine so they can just have that operation moving all the time. So they can load up a flatbed truck and just throw off in an area they going to help. Sandbagging machines look real cheap for a government to stock up on.

boy when hurricane season started and the first storm that passed near they had big sand bag distribution
now it doesn’t seem to be a public priority by the local corporations
