At least 3/4 of the manzan stretch has been under water for at least 6 days over the last week. That river used to flow around the building and exit into the sea in the vicinity of the resort.

I am 100% sure that the river which runs behind by railway rd which your padna turned into a fully enclosed box drain must be silted up now with no way of accessing it and a major cause.

The massive site clearing construction just before would have contributed material which washed down to clog up that box river and associated drainage channels around.

its the same problem by west mall with the overpass construction silt washoff
