the Caroni UBH blockage is a major disaster right now, half country is marooned and cant move, SMR also.

I just spoke to someone who passed there 10mins ago (At 7pm) heading south.

They should switch the north bound with the south bound by caroni or the Monroe road fly over. Let the north bound use the over pass to switch and use the police median to switch the south bound.
Then divert all north bound to Mt hope area

since you asked, let we be fair. faris did hold a press conference before the rain started to tell people that the shiet about to hit the fan. people who took him seriously had a chance to prepare as best they can. the regional corps under him also had a chance to prepare as best they could.

and he is local government minister. he can't dredge anything. his job description is inform and coordinate with the regional corps, which is what he is/was doing before inshan run him (inshan not in the regional corp, so why inshan running the man? let the man help others even if you personally don't want him there. that is narcissistic kaka behavior from inshan).
