Anyone knows the Contractor or building company used to build Pennywise.
Interested in engaging them for a property build.
They moved with good speed.

I'm sure money ran like water for that speed to have been achieved

they build with speed so the building done before the necessary permits can be granted or denied just like MT next door. i dont think they have TC clearance to build.
