50% = 100% for pnm, their supporters and their proxy organizations.

50% is a failed campaign
Strange statement coming from a nigerian.

Things getting much better.

Last month or so, it would have staff working overtime everyday til midnight to receive oxygen tanks. Sometimes massy truck bringing 30 tanks twice a day. Morning and night.

Now they using 5 to 10 tanks a day

Been a minute on my side. I can say for sure that hospitalized cases at Grande and Arima are in single digit figures! Yes the cases are rising outside of this but most are fighting it out at home and there are those who are classed as primary contacts and still roaming around because they have no official quarantine order. Trinis for you.

By the end of this year, we will be full scale into a massive Carnival 2023.

Covid? What is that?

It may sound funny but to this day I know a grand total of 1 person who died from COVID-19. I know dozens of people who had it though and got over just fine. If wasn't for the media I wouldn't even know COVID still existed. Guess it's affected different people differently. Either way I'm thankful it seems to be on the tail end

I know people both vaxxed and unvaxxed who got COVID and were all equally sick but with one girl I know who was unvaxxed at the time and was way more sickly but not bad enough to be hospitalized. I'm fully vaxxed, not bothering with booster especially as this thing seems to be winding down

know quite a few people who died from covid
3-4 police padnas (unvaxxed)
a fella who i went with police to question a friday for fraud, by the next week he dead from covid
a good few older farmers. (unvaxxed, they didnt believe that a flu could kill them)

being unvaxxed is really a gamble.....
because while you could probably beat the virus on your own, the vaccine helps alot

The Step Down Facility by my in laws in El Dorado has been closed down several weeks now.
OFC no one informed the ambulance drivers or other facilities because for a few days after it was closed they were still bringing patients.

Antivaxxers might view this as a victory that they didn't vax and things getting better. But we lose alot of people that didn't have to die.
Alot of people lost their jobs due to the slowdown in economy
Alot of businesses closed down.

no, prolly about quarter of them getting some sort of long lasting effects, and is only one or more symptom. not all presenting the same exact way.

thinking about it now, the more phyisically active people dont say they hvae symptoms. the other people not physically bad, but not as active as the ones with out any complaints.

Countries that were highly vaccinated early still had outbreaks and economic trauma. So this could not be prevented by vaccines.
Vaccines would not have saved us since these vaccines do not stop transmission ...
It also mutates too fast
This pandemic has ended by taking its natural cause. The virus mutated itself into irrelevance. Less virulent and more transmissible.

Vaccine provides some personal protection while we wait out the storm, like having a concrete roof in a hurricane. But having a concrete roof does not stop hurricanes any faster. Hurricanes stop when they take their natural cause.

if more people had vaccinated
and as a result of that, less people had to go hospital and could have recovered at home and not waste hospital beds and resources
and as a result of that,
those who really needed medical care would have gotten adequate care
and as a result of that
those who died, wouldn't have died due to lack of medical care.

you saying that vaccines wouldn't have made a difference? and we wouldn't have been in a better place months ago?
