Last month or so, it would have staff working overtime everyday til midnight to receive oxygen tanks. Sometimes massy truck bringing 30 tanks twice a day. Morning and night.
Now they using 5 to 10 tanks a day

if more people had vaccinated
and as a result of that, less people had to go hospital and could have recovered at home and not waste hospital beds and resources
and as a result of that,
those who really needed medical care would have gotten adequate care
and as a result of that
those who died, wouldn't have died due to lack of medical care.
you saying that vaccines wouldn't have made a difference? and we wouldn't have been in a better place months ago?
