I think the biggest concern was safety, and how the promoter never got permission from anyone, but consistently lied over and over how they were approved. Even the Fire Chief said they did not give permission, and the promoters kept saying in every interview that they did. They didn't get approval from the EMA either, but only a noise permit.
Organize it better and come again next year. Go back to the drawing board and find a better location, build a better stage if they want it in the sea that will be safe for everyone, and announce it months before. Get the Police Commissioner approval for traffic plans for the area, etc. Address the issues that Gary Aboud stated. The pollution in the beach to wildlife and the public by powders and glitter isn't rubbish you can pick up the next day.
It's only when someone had got seriously injured or died in the dark ocean at night, when an ambulance couldn't pass on the North Coast road, it's only then that they expected the officials to have inquired about all this? This ain't Guadeloupe.
