I really doubt that statistic true. Our murder rate is at least 6 times higher than the US. Many people with degrees or higher than high school education and murdered and if not murdered, victims of crime at a far higher rate than most countries in the world. We quite possibly in the top 10 at having 'educated' persons be victims of crime, if that stat ever was recorded somewhere.

I will feel guilty if I lied to anyone so I don't understand how a person can assault, rape, rob or murder someone. I don't consider these acts natural to humans. Am I just looking at it through my own values and these things are in fact natural to humans?
