So between the Samsung S20 International version and the USA model, which would you choose to use here locally and what are the pros and cons of each for local use?

One is a Snapdragon and the other is Exynos chips set the Snapdragon is single Sim and the Exynos dual Sim . Exynos throttles to much and had at times poor battery life . However it's not so bad because android 11 one ui 3.0 from Samsung helps .

also depending on which carrier it was made for, you may not get firmware updates unless you on that carrier's network or flash the firmware

I have a US version/ATT unlocked S10 and i dont get OTA updates. Play store updates work good tho.

I do carrier unbranding so I can make it an international S10 and you can get updates normal .
