Oneplus 5T screen not responding to touch and cant unlock

Came across this issue on Sunday and seems nothing can resolve it as per the instructions on their site.

More importantly, is there any way the phone's content can be accessed and copied / transfered to an account other than google back up ?

I'm not able to unlock the screen to do anything , even with the charger plugged in to the laptop I can't swipe and unlock to choose options off the phone .

Thanks man. Repairer tried this they said and mouse did not respond , no cursor.

Can anyone in san Juan / central area who may have the cable try to help me out ?

Really need the phone unlocked asap
