But is Israel and Jews we talking 'bout not no red government.

So educate them nah, Zoom!
Yesterday I got a preaction protocol letter from the mods, citing that I using hate speech all because I label Redman as a Homosexual together with members in the Red government who are predators.

Mods got upset that I exposed the predators in the red government. Those post was deleted pronto.

I notice in the past they did not say a word or sent any letters to those tuners who abused the MP for Princess Town and continue to do so, but when I call name in the red government together with red Tuners its a problem.

So I know tuner and the mods are not ready for a debate on the Jewish problem. So I leaving dis here.

You come like a known spy. The red mods watching for every time you post so they can vet before it reaches a bigger audience.

1947: The international community says YES to the establishment of the State of Israel

Re-birth of a nation

On 29 November, 1947, a 2000-year-old dream became reality: A Jewish State was born anew in its ancient homeland.

On that day the UN General Assembly voted on Resolution 181, adopting a plan to partition the British Mandate into two states, one Jewish, one Arab.

Having ruled the area since 1917, Great Britain announced in February 1947 its decision to terminate its Mandate. The Special Committee appointed by the General Assembly recommended the establishment of two separate states, a Jewish State and an Arab State, to be joined by economic union, with the Jerusalem-Bethlehem region as an enclave under international administration.

The borders of the proposed state were far from what the Jewish side had hoped for and left the Jewish population without access to key areas of national historic and religious significance.

Nevertheless, the Jewish leadership responded positively to the international proposal, cognizant of the historic opportunity: this was the first time after 2000 years that the Jewish people had the chance to restore its sovereignty in its historical homeland. The Jewish leadership was also hopeful that the UN plan would help achieve a peaceful solution with the Arab world.

Resolution 181 was adopted by the UN General Assembly on November 29, 1947, with 33 countries voting in favor, 13 countries against, and with 10 countries abstaining. The historic vote was followed with unparalleled excitement on radio by Jews around the world, while news of the positive outcome brought thousands onto the streets across the future state to dance and celebrate the great moment, as forth expressions of local Jewish population welcomed the vote and expressed their joy by going out to the streets.

Resolution 181 was emphatically rejected by the local Arab population and the Arab States. Denying the Jewish people's right to a state of their own, the Arab countries openly declared their intention of preventing the creation of the Jewish State by all means. A wave of violent attacks was launched against the Jewish population and when Israel declared its independence on May 14, 1948, five Arab armies invaded the new state the same night, seeking its annihilation.

Israel prevailed in what came to be known as its War of Independence, but the war bore a heavy cost: 1% of the total population died in the war.

The Arab population of the Mandate territory also suffered as a result of the Arab refusal to accept the partition plan. Some 700,000 heeded their leaders' calls to flee or left after being caught up in the fighting. The large numbers who stayed in Israel became full citizens, with equal rights, while their brethren were kept by their Arab hosts in perpetual refugee status to serve as pawns in the political struggle against Israel.

Meanwhile, some 800,000 Jews were expelled from Arab countries, finding refuge and a new home in Israel.

At war's end, Egypt had control of the Gaza Strip and Jordan annexed the West Bank. Neither saw fit to establish a Palestinian state in the territory they were to control for 19 years until the Six Day War of 1967.

Israel was admitted to the United Nations as a full member on May 11, 1949, and has been a fully democratic country with equal rights for all its citizens from its inception until today.

The relevance of Resolution 181 today

General Assembly Resolution 181 remains relevant even today for three key reasons:

Resolution 181 confirmed the 1922 recognition by the international community that the Jewish people deserve their own state, a Jewish state, in their historical homeland.

The resolution called for the establishment of two states for two peoples - Jewish and Arab - between the Mediterranean and the Jordan River, each fulfilling the national aspirations of its respective populations. That formula remains Israel's position with regards to peace negotiations. Then as now, a Palestinian state can only be established through compromise and mutual recognition.

The refusal by the Arab population of the mandate territory to accept Resolution 181 demonstrated that they were not interested in establishing their own state if it meant allowing the existence of a Jewish state. This opposition to acknowledging the right of a Jewish state to exist still lies at the core of the conflict.

Fun fact an Israeli Chamber of Commerce trade mission was supposed to come to Trinidad in 2018 in collaboration with the Chaguanas Chamber of Commerce and didn't because at that time the threat level was deemed unacceptable for Israeli citizens here.

It's actually the Jews that stake claim to the land via the old testament as they believe they have a biblical right to it and that it was 'stolen' from them millennia before by Islamic empires. When England decided to appease the persecuted Jews in 1948 they gave them part of the land they conquerer from the ottoman empire to form what is today called Israel which was at the time occupied by Palestinians. From then it was just about kicking out people who have lived there for centuries before. It's like if Caribs and Arawaks suddenly claim that we stole their land, which Columbus did and now they want it back and started evicting us with superior force. You'd probably fight back with rocks homemade missiles to and not settle for a two state solution

David, Moses, Jesus... were all Prophets sent by the one-God to their people (the Jewish people in this case) to call them back to worshiping the one-God, alone. In that regard, these Prophets and their true followers were all Muslims.

However, this all started with most of the Arab Jews refusing to accept that a Prophet (ie Muhammad ﷺ) could be sent to their Semite cousins, the Arabs, who, to this day, they (the othodox - ie racist - ones anyway), consider inferior. Even though at the time they recognized the signs that Muhammad ﷺ came with, they refused to accept him. And so to this day, the extremists from them treat their Semite cousins, the Arabs with extreme prejudice.. even killing them.. out of contempt and hatred.. stemming from their knowledge that Islaam is the final religion and Muhammad ﷺ is the 'last messenger' they were waiting for.

Unfortunately, they will find this 'last messenger' in the anti-Christ (aka the Dajjal in Islaam), and they will follow him.

So, really, sucks to be them (the extremist ones anyway).

And God's help is sought.

A boat load of Jews came here during W11. They were imprisoned on Nelson island cause they were illegal immigrants. After the war they stayed here until the 1970s.

Most migrated to US when we had the Red government black power movement in the early 1970s. They saw the light and knew this 5hithole under a black government was doomed for failure.

Those that left in red government black power movement were , Whites, Chinese, Jews and injun. They all knew Trinidad under a black government was going nowhere.

Fun fact an Israeli Chamber of Commerce trade mission was supposed to come to Trinidad in 2018 in collaboration with the Chaguanas Chamber of Commerce and didn't because at that time the threat level was deemed unacceptable for Israeli citizens here.

The Syrian Community made sure these Jews don't enter here

Hello Zoom,

How did they do this? Can you expand on this comment?

Wasn't that around ISIS time and we had a lot of people fighting for ISIS?
1% don't care about isis, they care about trin money . Isis is UK & US problems

Dizzy is correct about this proposed visit in 2018. Some people I knew were asked to prepare certain things for them and Kosher was the name of the game where food was concerned.

Visit never happened AFAIK.

That awkward moment Biden supports Israel.

"Speaking Wednesday for the first time since violence started flaring at the start of the week, Biden said he'd spoken at length to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier in the day. He voiced confidence in a swift end to the hostilities.

"My expectation and hope is this will be closing down sooner than later," Biden said at the White House. "Israel has a right to defend itself when you have thousands of rockets flying into your territory."

Biden did not mention the Palestinians in his comments. He has come under pressure this week not only from Republicans, who are urging more robust backing of Israel, but from progressives in his own party, who have grown increasingly critical of Israel and who hope Biden's pledge to put human rights at the forefront of his foreign agenda will extend to Palestinians."

In spite of traditional religious tensions between Jews and Muslims, this is not an issue of religion. Under Ottoman rule for instance, there was peace and free movement in Jerusalem for everyone for centuries.

The current issue of Palestine and Jerusalem is ethnic/racist (ie Jewish racism/ararthied against the Palestinian people; for eg, there are Palestinian Christians) and nationalistic, ie Israel's illegal occupation/squatting and land-grabbing since the 60s (illegal according to the UN and most countries of the world).

Solution: Israel is a recognized country. The Palestinian people are stateless/country-less, so Israel abuses them, kills them, and takes their land. This can all be resolved by recognizing Palestine as a Country and the Palestinian people as its citizens. Which of course the world united on in 1967 (45 years ago!) with UN SC resolution 242 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Na ... lution_242). Which of course Israel (supported by the US; even this week by old man Biden) blatantly ignores. So, until UN SC 242 (1967) is implemented, nothing is likely to be resolved, let alone improved.

PS, this was (of course) all Britian's fault. Their divide-and-conquer policy during/after WW1 literally is the root cause of what's happening today.

More:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Na ... lution_242 (the two state solution)

Great unbiased summary of the history. Read the yt comments also.

^^^ or to put in Tuner terms...

Imagine if PM Rowley [RED] expanded San Fernando West and East [RED; 31,32] into neighboring Oropouche [YEL; 37,38] to the south, Naparima [YEL; 33] to the east, and Pointe a Pierre [YEL; 30] to the south, and Siparia [YEL/Kamla; 36] to the south for good measure...

.... and blockaded everyone living there, and sent in the army into the mandirs and mosques while the ppl were praying....
... what would be the general response then?

edit: added numbers.

I recalled this... there was an events page on facebook set up and the comments were eye opening especially from some muslims and some of those pro-black supporters right here in Trini. Antisemitism was rife to the point I was wondering if these persons was actually going to disrupt the event.
