Postby rexsmith » July 9th, 2021, 6:34 pm

what is the average cost labour wise to build a 6ft x 4ft x6ft deep septic tank and soak away.

(i.e. ) digging the holes, running up the blocks, plastering, filling with boulders etc.
I am providing all materials

Depends on if you're using a mini excavator, how many labourers what exists where you want to put it etc.
Mine was way in excess of 7K because I had to excavate an already concreted area and remove the old plastic tank, then do the septic tank/soakaway which involved redoing the entire apron on one side of the house.
