There is mounting anxiety about what Tuesday’s American midterm elections may mean for Ukraine and U.S. support for the country, amid fears that a Republican surge could weaken American backing for Kyiv.

Ukrainian officials and lawmakers are scrutinizing the opinion polls and parsing the comments of their counterparts.

“We hope that for our sake that we don’t become a victim to the partisan debate that’s unfolding right now in the U.S.,” Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, a former Ukrainian deputy prime minister and now opposition lawmaker, told POLITICO. “That’s the fear, because we are very much seriously dependent on not only American support, but also on the U.S. leadership in terms of keeping up the common effort of other nations.”

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the potential next speaker if the Republicans prevail, said last month that there would be no “blank check” for Ukraine if the House comes back under Republican control. The Biden administration has tried to assuage concerns about the government’s commitment to supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion, but populist Republican sentiment in Congress is urging less support for Kyiv and more attention on U.S. domestic problems.

“I’m worried about the Trump wing of the GOP,” said Mia Willard, a Ukrainian-American living and working in Kyiv. “I have recently read about Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s promise that ‘not another penny will go to Ukraine’ if Republicans retake control of Congress.”

All according to plan!!!

Russia's military has been ordered to pull out of the Ukrainian city of Kherson, the only regional capital it captured after invading in February.
Russia's commander in Ukraine, Gen Sergei Surovikin, said it was no longer possible to keep supplying the city. The withdrawal means Russian forces will pull out entirely from the western bank of the River Dnipro.
It is a significant blow as Russia faces a Ukrainian counter-offensive.
The military's top brass were seen making the decision on Russian state TV, with Gen Surovikin reporting on the situation on the ground in Kherson.

The debate on whether to withdraw was televised? Did I read that correctly?

WASHINGTON (AP) — Russia’s announced retreat from Kherson, a regional capital in southern Ukraine that it seized early in the war, and a potential stalemate in fighting over the winter could provide both countries an opportunity to negotiate peace, Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said Wednesday.

He said as many as 40,000 Ukrainian civilians and “well over” 100,000 Russian soldiers have been killed or wounded in the war, now in its ninth month.

“Same thing probably on the Ukrainian side,” Milley added.

“There has been a tremendous amount of suffering, human suffering,” he said at The Economic Club of New York.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Tuesday he was open to peace talks with Russia to end the war but only on the condition that Russia return all of Ukraine’s occupied lands, provide compensation for war damage and face prosecution for war crimes.

Ukraine takes control of Kherson and for the first time ever Israeli MRAPs are seen in UAF service.

Quite interesting as Israel has never announced this type of aid to Ukraine. Maybe the other types of aid the Ukrainians want and the Israelis say they wouldn't give might soon find its way there such as Spike ATGMs and Spyder SAMs.

The JLTV versions all seem to have a different light shape than the Amir.

Filipino Amir has the same shape as the Ukrainian one.

The Poles without NATO's help would probably march into Minsk in a day or two.

Like syria attacking its own citizens when it nearly was finished with isis.
Or Saddam forces throwing babies out of cradles.
Or wmds,

Why would russia attack poland?
Why would russia attack the Nordstrom pipelines?

I know a country that regularly conducts drone strikes on civilians in other countries tho... Even struck a general of one country, on the way to peace talks in another country.

Not excusing it, just showing who has the reputation for false flag engagement.
