FT Japan 2-1 Spain

Japan win the group.

Germany are out of the WC in the group stage again!

Spain also qualify.

Japan beat BOTH Spain and Germany in this World Cup. They deserve it.

Spain are lucky they rinsed Costa Rica out that first game. They might have been going home instead of Germany if they didn't rest 6 goals on them.

Still can't believe Japan beat both Germany and Spain this WC....they even had to comeback from behind in both games.

Man just imagine if they beat Croatia in the next round.....

Humour me...you objectively thought that that was a penalty? Complete joke.

Ooh you went homophobe real quick soldier. Is it that you have latent homosexual tendencies?
If you're dotish enough, or naïve to not realize that penalty baiting is a thing in modern football, then maybe wait until Women's World Cup rolls around before posting sheit. Penalties are awarded by a referee based on what HE sees, not who rolls around after. You're also dotish or confusing him with Neymar and Rapenaldo (pretty sure you're a fanboy of this one  ) if you believe Messi rolls around "jes so"
In fact can we agree that you're just dotish?
Toodles

You sound ridiculous bredda. "Penalty baiting"   You just made that up.

You proved my point...who's talking about Ronaldo and Neymar? You just can't admit Messi got a soft ass call because he is Messi.

I realise this may be a bridge too far for you...the question remains unanswered - did you objectively think that was a penalty?

Again, it matters not what you or I think. A referee aided by assistants and VAR will make that call.
Also, you don't believe that players try to influence the ref to get penalties? :?

It's a terrible call...lets call it what it is. Only Messi or Ronaldo is getting that call...if its anyone else VAR is not asking the ref to review that.

It speaks more to refs bowing to the pressure to make/uphold these ridiculous calls than players trying to influence refs. Ronaldo getting a soft call against Ghana is another example....I call it like it is. Men with their Messi/Ronaldo blinders on fail to see it.

Anyway...show goes on and more silly decisions to come I'm sure

Guess I watched the wrong game. Was expecting better game from Ghana but they missed plenty opportunities, passed horribly and just was outplayed start to finish.

The underdogs biting hard

Switzerland 1-0 Serbia.

LOL Shaqiri scored yet against Serbia like in the 2018 WC.

Guy is Albanian and got fined and banned for his eagle celebration in 2018 against them.
Albanians hate Serbia because of the Kosovo conflict.

Miss that guy at Liverpool.
